The F7 code indicates that the touch pad either has a "stuck" or shorted key. Depending on the oven model, you either need to replace the touch pad or the controller (clock) and the touch pad. (Some Jenn Air appliances sell the two as one unit.)
Please add a comment with your model number to get additional information on the availability and price for the parts. (Parts may be available from a number of suppliers, including jenn-air.partselect.com.)
Hi, the error code implies that the Function key shorted or stuck.. You need to replace touch pad or if touch pad is part of the clock, replace the clock (ERC).
I believe you need to order part #1 in the accompanying breakdown. the part # is 74011539 and it is called control panel/switch assembly. this is the piece with the ribbon cable that plugs into the control unit #10 in the diagram. you can price it out at your nearest appliance parts store. hope this helps.
sounds like you lost power to your stove. if you can't reset the clock, it needs to be replaced. in otherwords, the power outtage shorted out the clock.
