Is this 10 cups raw or cooked rice?

Hi Jane:
Don't have any info about your question but,
if you start with 10 cups of raw (uncooked) rice you will end up wit a LOT of cooked rice.
I'd suggest that you re-read the instructions for the recipe or whatever it is you're up to.
Hope it's a raisin rice pudding.

RICE Bowl: appliance part with N O holes in the bottom ! ! ! ! Put your rice (1 cup and water 1 2/3 water in to this part). In addition, fill bottom steamer with water to the MAX level.

I have been unable to find a replacement booklet, but have found numerous pudding steamer recipes that explain how to use one. Here is a link to a classic British Christmas pudding. Hope it helps!

I have the same problem. Did you buy yours at Home Sense? None of the pudding steamers had instruations included with them. Did you find out where to get the booklet?

Yes, I also bought mine at Home Sense. Sucks that no instructions were included, but that's probably why Home Sense ended up with them. I think they buy unsold stock once the big stores are finished buying their stock.
