I had the same problem as is listed above; however, I did not agree with the response by the person who gave advice. I reviewed the cd that came with our washer, and noticed that they mentioned that one needs to press the "OPTIONS/SELECT" buttons together and hold for a few seconds. This unlocked my washer keys (as if the electronic/computer was reset) and the washer worked as it had, which is perfectly.
I hope this experience helps others.
