Wantneed diagram for G.E. TL412CP sub panel

Do you have any wiring in the panel already? The green or bare copper wires will go the ground bar which will be screwed directly on to the inside of the box. The ground bar will be in contact with the box. If the mains are wired into the main lugs the main ground will have a green stripe or it may be bare multi strand aluminum. All ground wires go under screws individually on the ground bar. The white wires go onto the neutral bar. The neutral bar will be affixed to the inside of the box on plastic isolators that do not allow contact with the metal panel. The main neutral will have a white stripe or it may be solid white. The neutrals will go under individual screws. The hot wires will now go under the screws of the breakers. All screws must be tightned firmly but not as tight as you possibly can. The hots will be black or red. The wires should alternate black, red, black, red. Begin with black on the top two breakers the one left and the one on the right. The hot wires will be either black or red.

The sub woofer wire inside came off my Simmons DA200S. where do i plug it back in?

If you look on the circuit board that the big black heat sink is attached to, there are two output amp chips (integrated circuits) attached to it. IC7 is the sub output amp. Next to that is a white jack with two pins sticking out, labeled J9. J9 is where you plug your sub into.

I am trying to hook up an ancient Kenwood KAC-801 amplifier. The original input cable has 1 red, 1 black, then another smaller awg white (1) sharing a common with another small awg yellow. Applying power...

Yes, keep in mind that the amps have a constant power (the large red wire) and need a remote signal to tell them when to turn on/off. This wire connect to a switched 12v from the ignition or radio blue wire (if aftermarket)

How do i wire two kicker l7 dual 2 ohm subs to play on a mtx 7801 class d amplifier

Hello moore_broder,

Your MTX 7801 is stable at 1 ohm, but you cannot wire a pair of DVC 2 ohm subs to that impedance. They can only be wired to 1/2 ohm which is too low or to 2 ohms.

Series the voice coils and parallel the subs. On each sub, jumper Black to Red/White Dot, then run both red's (positive) and both black/white dot's (negative) to your amp terminals.

The diagram is here.

Hope this helps.

I have a fusion sub and amp and have no instructions on how to wire this can somone please help ive got green wires red wire and a small thin blue wire

Hello nicole_murra,

The green wires are for signal input to the included amp and should be connected to a pair of RCA preamp outputs on your head unit. The thin blue wire connects from "remote" on the amp to a switched 12V output on the head unit (usually blue or blue/white). The red wire is for power and goes through the fuse to positive battery. You also need to connect the amp terminal marked "ground" to the metallic chassis of your vehicle, within a distance of about 1/2 meter or less. There's usually a short piece of wire with black insulation included in most amp wiring kits. If your Fusion sub did not come with such a wire, you can use any wire that is the same gauge (or bigger) than the red power wire.

Hope this helps.
