It has to be 4x4

Look on the shifter lever,just bellow the push button. There is another push button there. That's the one you press or depress to keep the transmission on 3rd. gear. Just press it again and the hold light should come off.

Your best bet is go to a salvage yard and have them broadcast it on their lines chances are someone will have it and you can get it for half the cost plus shipping. How d o you know the motor is burned out and it's not the resistor burned out? have you put power to motor and a ground to see if it would spin? Post here if you need the hot line for used parts.

The mass air flow meter is fitted to the air intake pipe Its quite a simple task to change it on your own.Has for the catalytic converter all you will have to do is give the car a realy hard reving when going through the gears and drive it hard for a few miles.That will clear your cat for you.Dont listen to the shop they are out to rip you off.Good luck.Any problems you can contact me via [email protected].

Theres a solenoid on the starter to engage the starter onto the flywheel. The solenoid could be going out.

if its an auto its normal just a mech. flaw kia sportages have.

had the same problem....broken spark plug. try replacing your plugs.
