Not sure how to use camera on phone - have motow755

I do NOT have this camera. The Camera has to be in WIFI mode. (This mode uses more power) If you have done that you have to have a APP (Nikon WMU) on your Phone. If you do NOT connect rather quickly to the Camera it may shut OFF WIFI Again the WIFI really uses more power so if you do not connect it will turn it off. This may drive you nuts. Please make sure the batteries in the camera are fully charged and make sure for a test they are near each other.

You opened the cam setting for sure and adjusted to the best quality right?

Try searching in your app folders and see if it got put in there.
You can't delete the camera its a built in app.

to open front camera follow these instructions:-
1. make sure that the cober of your back camera should close i.e., it should be over camera
2. now go to menu
3. open camera from app
now you see your face i.e., front camera starts

Try this:
Go to the main menu, enter the Organizer then go into the Video Call. If it's using the front camera, press options -> switch camera and make sure the camera cover is open.
If the camera works here it is a problem with the Camera Application, but if your camera does not work I would recommended sending it to your local repair shop.

its not a problem with ur camera...software for camera has got corrupted......re install the firmware..surely ur problem ll get fixed

Its a hardware problem if not camera module i'm sure camera phone IC was the problem.But to make sure camera module or camera IC it need to check up more.there are no trik to solve it.I hope it help.

have u tried cleaning the two GOLD pins that u can see when u remove the battery cover.these pins actually activates the camera when u slide the cover. also clean the two strips that are there beneath the battery cover. u can clean them with a normal dry soft cloth gently. also pls make sure that u have not used up the phone's memory hugely.if the phone is memory is hugely full,this can be the reason that ur camera reponds very late. and regarding the cycle of the camera coming on and off,im sure that the cleaning instructions i gave would solve ur proble.

The LED thing in your camera is gone for sure..!!
try replacing the camera for once or if you think its not affordable, go for a new phone

I will help u in this problem.
I think the required files/data for camera is erased due to virus in ur cell phone. I recommend u to format ur phone memory and memory card. It also dont erase the phone softwares and apps it came with. It only erases additional datas added later.
To format ur phone memory :

1) Make sure ur charge is 75 %. Turn off ur phone.
2) press and hold three buttons ( green dial button + * + 3 key ) and turn on the phone.
3) Hold those buttons until a formatting screen appears.
4) It automatically completes and ur phone asks for restart.
5) Ur phone memory is completely formatted.
To format MMC (memory card):
- Make sure ur charge is 75 % or more.
- Open menu->extras->memory card->format.
- Takes ( 15-20 ) minutes.
- Ur MMC is formatted now.
