This is the website and they have posted some of their recipes there for free. http://www.buythebullet.com/bulletrecipes.php Another recipe that I use which is good for kids or adults is using the crystal light or koolade singles. you put one single, 4 or 5 ice cubes into the cup and fill the rest with water. Attach the cross blade and blend until ice is ground. This makes a perfect single serving slushy. Great for those hot summer days. You can also add an ounce or so of alcohol (flavored rums and vodkas are nice) and make it a cool cocktail!!
If you go on the website, http://www.buythebullet.com/ , they don't have a manual, but they do have recipes which not only tell you the ingredients to use, but how to use the machine to make them. All the pieces except for the base are dishwasher safe and all the cups and lids (not the blades) are microwave safe. Hope this helps!
