A batery picture appeared on the screen? what does it mean?

For Win7 and Vista:

1. Click on the Start Button>Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Change desktop background

2. Choose the picture you want for your wallpaper.

3. Under Picture position, click on the arrow to change how the picture appears on the screen. Fill means the picture will fill the screen .

4. Click on Save Changes.

I believe the power led button is still on while the screen goes black, if yes, it means the picture board of your monitor is bad that is why it appears for a second and goes black after that

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer or any service center within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself in other to complicate issues.

Sounds like a driver problem. Hold F8 when it's booting and try Safe Mode

first is your phone batery charged?
second if the batery is charged and you cant see anything try to dial a friend number that is with you, if the call is giong is meaning your phone is ok and you should replace your screen phone.

I think the tape is blank. I mean not recorded.

can you explain the problem more? what do you mean vanished? does the screen fade out to white or black, or there is a blue screen with white text, or does it restart the whole system?

Perhaps your remote is set to video recorder?  Try that first, and if no response, try calling up a menu on your TV and look for the Picture Settings.
