Lang Platinum series convection oven

Hi:
I have two Lang Platinum series convection ovens. Each one has a problem. One will give me an error code on the LCD control panel when adding a new product and then shuts the oven down.
The second oven will under bake cookies and burn cookies ON THE SAME PAN!!!
The ovens are new and under warranty but when the service guys come out they check the temp, time and fan speed. All are OK so they cant find a problem and I get charged for a service call that does not resolve any of the problems.
Any ideas?

I believe the fan is supposed to rotate one way, then stop and spin the other way, ie. clockwise, then counter clockwise. Did the service guys check this? what service company did you use? You probably already know this but make sure the sides of the pan are NOT touching any of the sides of the oven. I work for a service company myself and I have to say if I got this call and neither of those two things solved it, I would be stumped!

Have 20 year old Maytag convection wall oven. Model CWE9030B. It started beeping with a F7 display. Did stop beeping with oven light on and door open. Any advice?

The F7 error code indicates that there is a problem with the buttons of the control panel. The code comes on when two or more buttons are stuck at the same time. The oven cannot operate when this condition exists. The oven is repaired by replacing the control panel with a functioning one. You may try to tap on the control panel lightly to see if one of the ttons is stuck down.

Hi. Error code F24 indicates that the controller has failed to communicate with the lower convection fan and oven lights control board. If the error code persists, I would recommend connecting with an expert repair tech to assist further and the display board may need replacing.

Ge profile convection oven giving error code F7. What parts do I need

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F7 means that the function pad button is stuck or the clock has gone bad. If you are unable to unstick the button then to resolve this issue you’ll have to replace the electronic range control. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

Fridgidaire Wall Oven will not heat

1) If there is a reset on the electronic panel try that.
2) Set the temperature to 200 and see if works then.
3) Put a baking tin in the oven with a piece of meat in it.
4) Uninstall the Wall Oven and take the back off and check the wiring for the elements and the convection fan.

Just received a used GE profile electric convection oven. Plugged it in and I'm getting a F1 error code

HI. this "F-1" code Usually means that either the touch pad or the oven control (also called clock or ERC) is defective and needs to be replaced. If this fault code cannot be canceled, replace the oven control (also called clock or ERC), touch pad, or both.

Thermador oven control panel light is not working

Please see post by bonanzsapilot on 14 March 2009; he gives exact & easy to follow directions for making this repair for <$10. It's listed uner 'Thermador SC301IT oven - FixYa'. In a separate post I added the correct capacitor numbers from Newark.com. I made the fix in abt 30 min & it's good as new. Thermador no longer makes control panels for this oven & no wiring diagram is available to help. Shop price was estimated at $500.
