Ebay is your best bet. Amazon is another option.

Yes,the tv main Tuner signal board it is the problems and the causes it have intermittents shorts in sides.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish tv main Tuner signal boad for the replacement.

Its not the power pack. The problem is with the dvd player which is also where the cable inputs converts through to the tv. if you are lucky enough to find a new internal dvd unit then you are in luck but I have'nt been able to. Your problem is an old isuues at least 2 years old...Sorry no Mintek tech support available.

the Majority of problems on this and all other LCD TV's are capacitor problems the power pack needs smooth power to work correctly however the warranty should be valid and you need the proof that you bought it and you need to know who to contact about the 2 year warranty it may be Emerson you need to speak with not Walmart. I would contact them next(Emerson), or whom ever the third party repair service is that will cover the Warranty.

After calling Sainsburys online customer care, they agreed to take the TV back if we could provide proof of purchase with a credit card statement, My sons father has requested the statement for what he thinks may be the card he used. If not then I will definately be back online to your team as it was great to know there is someone out there who can provide expert help.
