All of the burners on my range started flikering at the same time and they were off. I could not stop them. I saw a little smoke escaping from the rear right burner. It finally stopped flickering and now they won't light. but I can smell the gas.

I have had that problem and often it is just the little ceramic "tops" that sit over the burner assembly. They are removable for cleaning and if they aren't seated just right, the burner often won't light.

I'm having a different issue where tonight I turned on a burner then decided to turn it off. A couple of minutes later ALL of the ignitors started on their own. They were all set to off and I double checked them all. I unplugged the unit and let it sit for 15min then plugged it in. Nothing igniting and I was able to light a burner and then shut it off. About 15min later it did it again. It staying unplugged until I can find some details about whats going on or I'll have to replace it.

Yikes .. you have a very dangerous condition there ... ventalate the area and turn the gas off immediatly.. there is a shutoff valve somewhere in the gas line coming to the stove top .. if you cant find that then shut off the gas at the gas meter or call the gas company to do that for you (its free) ...
your problem is likely a loose pipe or cracked manafold .. it is leaking gas under the cooktop .. i would replumb the unit and check for cracks .. or call a professional .. your unit comes with a 1 year warranty or an additional 4 years if you bought extra coverage .. that probably wont cover a bad installation if thats the problem (unless the repair company installed the unit to start with) .. but will cover the stoves inside plumbing ..
your stove is not safe the way it is .. if you can still smell gas then you shouldnt be in the house until the gas is turned off ... windows should be open .. dont turn on lights or other things that can ignite the gas .. and absolutely dont try to relight the burners until the problem is fixed ..

ok .. lets back up a bit ... when you said "flickering" i assumed you meant the flame was flickering .. but now i think you meant the ignition system was operating continuously (sparking) .. when you said you "smelled gas" that really got me worried but now i think you meant that when you turn on the burner and it doesnt ignite, then you smell a little gas .. that would be normal .. well these problems are much less serious than i first imagined .. it looks like your problem happens once in a while on that model ... i am not sure but am assuming that when you push in a knob to turn on a burner then that activates the igniter ... if the knob sticks in then the igniter says on .. if thats the case maybe cleaning under the knob might help .. i will have to look a bit further to make sure .. sorry about getting too excited and misunderstanding .. for the time being you can get one of those long lighters you use for the outside grill .. you can ignite the burner with that to keep you cooking until repairs are made ..

Black smoke coming from oven while preheating

If you are getting soot residue, it could be a number of things, First, is this a natural gas or propane oven? If you bought an oven to be used for propane, it may need to be converted from natural gas to propane or it will soot everything up. 2nd, have you recently spilled food/liquid onto the oven burner? If the burner holes are partially plugged, the remaining holes will burn large yellow flames and soot up the oven. Check the burner flames, they should be mostly blue with little to no yellow tips. Also make sure the oven burner flames are not too big. They should never exceed the width of the flame spreader pan directly above the burner, in fact they should be less than half the width. You could also have other issues like improper air shutter adjustment to the oven burner or very low regulator pressure, but most likely it has just been spilled on recently.

My Jenn-Air range top will spark but no ignition. Gas does not seem to have enough pressure on that burner

Generally the issue with this is not that you don't have the correct pressure but the Burner top hat that displaces the gas is dirty.
Remove the metal rack to expose the burner itself. Make sure it's not been used recently to prevent a burn. Carefully lift the little burner cap off. This is the piece with all the holes in it the flames come from. They generally just sit on top. You will need a flashlight, know look in the little slits below the cap for cleaning material buildup. A tooth pick or a stiff bristle tooth brush can be used to clean these little slits.
The cleaning products used to clean stove tops tends to leave little trace amounts of surfactants that over time block these little slits and prevent the escaping gas to flow towards the ignitor preventing the burner from lighting.
Once you have this clean replace the top. Put the pan grate back on and try to relight the stove.
I am sure this should fix you issue. If it doesn't please let me know and I can give you some other tips to try.

Dacor gas range igniter clicking

I did have the same problem after the house keeping people done with cleaning. They used window/surface cleaner. First I asked them not to clean the ignitor with any cleaner. Here is what I did to solve the problem
I took scotch scour pad (one that you use for washing dishes), In dry state I polished ignitor switch. It is abrading the residuals and deposits on the top and polishing it. Don't use any thing more abrasive than that. MAGIC - I don't have any more problem.
