In the back of these units where the cord pulls out, there is usually a red reset button, try pushing that to reset the unit, also make sure the filter is clean, pulls from the top out of the unit. Make sure the coils are clean as well behind the filter.

Anyone had any joy resolving this issue? As per many other posters, we also have the PACw160a model and this model does not seem to have a reset button in the power cable storage hole. I would be game to crack it open if the issue is possible related to a stuck sensor. Anyone have a proper service manual they'd be willing to share?
