We have Craftsman 139.53684 gargage door opener with 2 remotes. Both remotes programmed and respond. Issue is after programming the 2 remotes, the homelink in the vehicles no longer respond. Can you not have 2 remotes working and homelink? The reverse is also true, that is, when the homelink in the vehicles work, the 2 individual remotes do not.

You must have an older vehicle or the homelink has reverted to an earlier technology and you will have exactly the situation you describe. You will just have to use the remotes that came with the opener.

I recently had to change the outside entry code on my garage door and since then my gargage door remote will not open or close my door. The code works fine, but the remote does not. The batteries seemed to...

You might possibly have held the smart/learn button in too long and erased the code for the remote. Hold the button down on the remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. This should program it for the remote. Now make sure the keypad is still working.

Only 1 remote will work at a time

One of your remotes has reverted to an earlier technology and they will no longer work with each other. You need to purchase a new remote making sure you get the same model number. Then you will find you can program 2 that will work with each other and 1 that will not. Remove the battery from the bad remote and toss it so that it doesn't cause problems down the road.

Cant get 2 remotes for garage door openers working at same time

You have a remote that has reverted to an earlier technology. The only way out of this is to purchase the same exact model number called for by your opener and go through the programming. You will find the new one will work with one of the old ones. Remove the battery from the one that isn't and drop it in the garbage.
