Horizontal line flickering/ Image displays blurry pink

I have the same problem, its the Canon A75 which we have had since about mi-2003. Was working fine, now shows horizontal flicker, black screen and tacks a photo of a screen flicker. Hi I have just started to get the same problem. Horizontal lines - poor quality image with Pink Hue throughout. I have tried all the same thing you have. I finally when to the canon dealler I purchase the a85 from in 2005. He was pretty helpful in informing me that it looked similar but not the same as the CCD sensor problem the a70 -75 models had which were repaired by canon free. The a85 does not appear on their list of affected models. So in short I thnik its cactus. Hi I have just started to get the same problem.
