Check the seals for coffee grounds. If it is old - change the seals. If it is quite new and perfectly clean around the seals - put the top on tighter. Always release the pressure before opening the top section by lifting the valve when cool.

Hello, I have a bialetti mokona, the steemer works fine but when i try to get coffe nothing happens. The coffee deliver led is on. There is enough water in the tank. The hub is hot. Please help

I do not have this model, but on my old one there was a metal cap that would fit over the coffee receptacle (it diverted the steam from the coffee-making process to the wand to steam milk). Sometimes I would forget to remove that cap before I made coffee again.
Do you have anything like that on this machine?

Hello! I change the rubber sealer to my Bialetti 12 cup yesterday and since then the water stays in the bottom and does not rise to the top. The sealer is properly put in. I have not done anything...

This happened to me, too....the gasket needs to be broken in so that it seals properly, which will happen once it's been used several times. In the meantime, just tighten the pot together extra tight and that will help to seal the gasket properly. After several uses, you won't have to tighten it so much and can go back to how you've always done it. I hope this helps!!
