The ceramic plates of my hair strightner are loose

Sorry, unable to see video, at work. Straighteners are not to difficult, usually find a screw at the hinge that will separate it into halves, then you should be able to open up each side and tighten it up. Just be careful putting it back together, make sure not to pinch any wires.

How do you adjust the idle on a 1986 mitsubishi

It's a EFI turbocharged 2.6 L, idle speed is controled by the computer. If you have a fast idle check for vacuum leaks or bad temp sensor, if it idles too slow check and clean the throttle body and IAC motor (throttle body port and IAC plunger).

How do i set the timeing in my 1988 Mitsubishi Starion.

There should be timing marks or dots on each of the timing gears on the front of the engine. These marks or dots have to be lined up for the engine to be in time. The one on the top gear pointing down and the one on the bottom gear pointing up. They should line up with other.

Engine idle trouble

that is not a probelem it is the fuel system warming the engine and turbo
you should always warm up a turbo car before jumping in and taking off and cool the engine before shuting it off turbos are the most temprelental engine part there is. those steps will prolong the life of the turbo and engine. my starion with the g54b 2.6 does the same thing
