Hi there, there could be one of many problems with your fridge so I'll start with the most basic and the cheapest first:
1. Empty the contents of you fridge and give it a good clean ensuring you clean the drain pipes at the back and the magnetic door seal.
2. stack you fridge correctly so that the air circulates correctly. Items that block the circulation of air can cause freezing in that area.
If this has not helped turn your fridge all the way down and check whether it has become colder still. If it hasn't it may be a more complex problem so please let me know and we can take it to the next step.
Thanks Iain
We had the same problem & worked out that it's because the actual milk container is too cold & has contracted from being in a cold part of the fridge. We moved the milk container to the door of the fridge ( it's a little warmer than the rest of the fridge) & it slotted in perfectly the next morning!
I think your defrost drain is clogged so the water is draining into floor of freezer. The extra moisture is freezing the damper to the fridge so it isn't getting enough air. Hope this is some help so long after you posted the question.
