If you mean you need to copy contacts from SIM card to your phone memory, you can copy multiple or all contacts from SIM to Phone. You have to be in the phonebook, press "Menu"and select Copy. On HandBookLive.com there are 20 chapters on how to use RAZR v3 and there are 2 chapters that deal with transferring contacts. RAZR is under Electronics category.
And I know that if you have T-Mobile you can do it online right from the website, from your account, which is really nice and fast. So if you have to manually enter numbers, I would recommend doing it online, so much easier to type names on a real keyboard.
What kind of phone are you trying to import from? If you have a data cable for both phones Bitpim is a good solution. Here is the link for it. bitpim.sourceforge.net
If you don't have the data cables yet then best buy and circuit city both carry a product called Datapilot its a kit that comes with all sorts of cables that let you transfer contacts from your old cellphone to a new one using your pc or mac. If you have any questions let me know!
