Intermittently Operating With Little or No Water

My Bosch Logixx dishwasher (SGS09L02GB) seems to have an intermittent problem with the washing cycle. During the wash it seems to occasionally run with little water in the bottom. Not enough for the rotor arms to spin round - water just dribbles out. Pouring some more water in seems to solve it. Other times it runs normally. Can anyone help diagnose what the problem is?
Many thanks.

Most likely the water level detector (the sensor that tells the dishwasher to stop taking more water) is failing. It is giving early signals which confuses the dishwasher and it turns water off. Most of the time these problems are linked to grime collecting in the inside of dishwasher.

You can clean it by using a dishwasher cleaning powder. Follow instructions on satchet. YOu may have to manually fill the dishwasher before starting it. If this cleaning does not fix it, then you may have to call the technician. You may be under warranty on this (hopefully)

Bosch dishwasher intermittently not completing cycle, not draining

it maybe something as simple as the door opening during the cycle - thus pausing the machine - this can happen when the machines with plastic tubs get hot - the top of the machine flexs a bit and the latch disengages and the machine stops. Next time it does it just try to push the door closed and hit start and see if it picks up where it left off. A stiffener is needed to repair the fault - but we have fixed with shims in a pinch - between the counter top and the dishwasher to minimize the flex

Bosch Logixx won't start - Stuck on "Close the door" even though door is closed.

Open the door, look along the top stainless on the door and you should find the ENr number (model number) etched into the stainless, may need to give it a wipe and look at an angle to read it. Post the ENr and that should help with diagnosis.

My Bosch logixx dishwasher is sticking on 1 minute at end of cycle; the dishes will be clean but still wet rather than dry.

100% add the jet dry until it is completetly filled then close the dispenser door and lower then raise the door.repeat this at least three times then check and fill if you can still add more. then after doing that b4 you start the machine run the hot water to get the right temp. when the water is hot enough then start the machine.

Bosch Washing Machine Softener Tray not emptying

You need to replace the cold water inlet valve. If the machine is older than one year it may be clogged on the side that moderates the cold water to the bleach and softener compartment. Replacing the valve fixed the problem. During the cycle when the softener dispenser fills it should fill quickly and no or little water should be seen in the soap dispenser area. If a lot of water goes into the soap dispense and little into the softener area the valve is clogged.

Dishwasher tub slowly fills with water after after completion

the internal parts of the valve are sticking open randomley.the diaphram/piston in the valve most likley have lime deposits on it due to poor water quality.you would need the water valve assembly but before you buy this part i would look where the water line goes into the dishwasher and it will lead you to the valve.remove the valve from the unit and disassemble the valve.clean all the internal parts in the valve and reinstall.75% of the time this works ,if not change the valve.
