My Bosch Logixx dishwasher (SGS09L02GB) seems to have an intermittent problem with the washing cycle. During the wash it seems to occasionally run with little water in the bottom. Not enough for the rotor arms to spin round - water just dribbles out. Pouring some more water in seems to solve it. Other times it runs normally. Can anyone help diagnose what the problem is?
Many thanks.
Most likely the water level detector (the sensor that tells the dishwasher to stop taking more water) is failing. It is giving early signals which confuses the dishwasher and it turns water off. Most of the time these problems are linked to grime collecting in the inside of dishwasher.
You can clean it by using a dishwasher cleaning powder. Follow instructions on satchet. YOu may have to manually fill the dishwasher before starting it. If this cleaning does not fix it, then you may have to call the technician. You may be under warranty on this (hopefully)
