Question about Audiophase MDP-1 Personal MiniDisc Player

1 Answer

Battery? My daughter got one of these for Christmas and although we have tried "charging" it - it has only played once. Any suggestions??? I have left it hooked up through the usb to the computer and it comes on and then shuts right down. Thanks.

1. Plug the usb cable into the computer.
2. Plug the other end into the player.
3. turn player on. It should charge when player's on/off slide switch is slid to the "on" position. I hope this helps!

Recharge or Batteries: All of the above required?

It can run off of batteries alone, or the ac adapter alone. There is a rechargeable battery pack (think laptop battery) that is available. With this pack you would plug it in to the wall, charge it up, then play. Otherwise it's one or the other

Gfm 2GB mp3 player no showing up

Item has probably been in a shipping container for quite a while and the battery could be defunct.

I suggest you read the instructions and if you are certain they were followed closely and the Mp3 player doesn't work as advertised you should return it.

CasioEX-S880 will not charge.

Hey ITDude,
You do need to charge the camera by putting it in the camera dock and the ac cord should be plugged into the camera dock. It is possible that the battery has gone bad so you could try getting a new battery. If neither of these options work I would have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician. I hope this helps!

Audiophase KZ111 MP3 players won't charge

One thing that I have found that works is that you slide the switch to the "ON" position, but don't press play to turn it on all the way. Do this BEFORE plugging it into your computer. I have had the mp3 player fro a year or two and I have charged it about 15-20 times.
