Print jobs print as portrait and not landscape

you need to change the print settings in the program where you are printing, when you go to print settings the option should be in the dialog box where you choose the printer and page amount.

When it copies, the copy comes out landscape and i can not change the paper select option to show portrait. also, it cuts off the bottom of the page as well

Kindly change the direction of the original. If at present you are keeping it horizontal way change it to vertical. You will get the correct print.

It's printing in landscape form and I can't figure out how to get it to print back in portrait form. A co-worker of mine screwed up the machine!

Hi
sometimes just some of the printer drivers are with "bugs" like this one.
If you are using Win 7 or newer ver. please don't let the operation system to install drivers for this printer. Download drivers from www.hp.com and install it manual. Try different drivers. I'm sure that this will help to prevent "landscaping"pocvnqve445ajvwaaaaasuvork5cyii=
Good luck.

Canon imageRunner 5055 copying in landscape instead of portrait

Double check paper orientation when you put paper into the feeder and how the paper is loaded.

The orientation of the page in the feeder and the page in the drawer should match.

My office has a CANON IMAGERUNNER 3570 and all of a sudden all of our incoming faxes are printing off landscape instead of portrait style and our faxes are being cut off and we cant read the bottom. Please...

In the cassette change the blue dial back to the correct type, either a4 or A4R (landscape). Sounds like you have to set it back to A4, Blue dial right hand side, front of cassette when you open it.

Or press the paper select button on the copy screen and see what it has been changed to, then change the dial in the cassette.

Canon iR 3570

Open your top paper tray drawer and there should be a dial on the on the tray drawer (light blue). On there is different paper sizes. Turn it until you get "Ltr" and the paper is going up & down. This should fix the problem. We just had that same problem today and that's what the tech person told us. (Also, this dial only turns in one direction to the left). MMc
