This is the driver for your card: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_96.85_2.html It seems to be compatable up to Windows Vista so, it may, or, may not be compatable with Windows 7. If you are trying to get a driver for Windows Vista or earlier, this should work for you. Make sure you uninstall any prior driver before downloading this. If you have Windows 7 or are thinking about getting it, you can run the upgrade advisor here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/upgrade-advisor to see if your system and card are compatable with Windows 7.

go there and under the dropdown called product series select geforce 5 fx. then tell it which windows system you use (xp 7 vista). what is happening is that you don't have the correct driver in your computer. so download the right one, as i explained, and then install it. it will work then.
Go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us and let automatically find the drivers or try an application called driver genius http://www.driver-soft.com/download.html that automatically finds drivers for your system
Disable the existing video card in device manager and try again. The onboard video will always try to take first spot, so disable it ...your video will still work until you can install the new video card :)
I am also using this graphics card. My solutions for some of the above problems, go to "rivatuner" website for more info and upgrading and go to MSI website for driver download.
The chances are that you have an old motherboard which is not compatable with the new graphic card. Or you may be running windows 98 and are downloading the driver for xp or visa versa. The probable solution, will be to sell the new card on ebay and buy the best old card you can off ebay. Or just make do with the card you already had in your computer. If you are determined to have a better graphics card. A motherboard upgrade with better graphic card may be the best answer or buy a better spec pc second hand if you don't have much money. You'll probably waiste a lot of time trying to get the new card to work and it probably never will.
