the drum unit is full of waste toner empty it by removing drum unit and removing small covers on both sides dump all toner out of unit then reinstall the covers then the drum unit
This error indicates that the waste toner area of the drum unit is full. One way to resolve is to replace the drum unit, power the printer on, and the error will be cleared. Another, more economical way, is to manually remove drum unit, remove square end caps located on both ends, and vacuum out or carefully dump into a trash bag. Just be careful...dumping toner is messy.
It may be that you have extra yellow toner floating around in your printer so take all the toners out and hoover out your printer. Then print out about 10 - 20 blank pages to remove any left over toner. This should solve the problem, if not then its more than likely a faulty toner.
