My washer has worked fine for a year or so. now when the load gets to 10 minutes left it beeps and the ue pops up. i tried moving the load around to balance it out and then press start again and it does the same thing.
then i unplugged it and completly started over but selected a different setting to see if it still messed up. it ran until 4 minutes left and still said ue.
For "ue" an unbalanced load is sensed three times; re-adjust your load in the machine. What is the capacity of your machine, you could weigh your dry clothes........refer manual.
For e1, it could be a water sensor problem. Check to see if the inlet valve is okay and not clogged, water shd be in good pressure. If this is okay, open up behind after taking the plug off the wall. There is a thin tube coming from the switch area to the outlet pump area; disconnect this from the top carefully and blow into it, it should be free; if it is clogged you will hav a water level problem. Unblock and refit carefully.
Would be good if you mention which part of the globe u r from.....& rate me if helped. U cld post back for further help.

UE is an imbalance error which is displayed when either the load is small or the appliance is tilted. You can also check if the washer is balanced and try unplugging the washer for 15 minutes to check if its balanced. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
This washing machine is very sensitive to medium to large loads. Try doing a smaller load to see if the error code pops up. UE stans for unmalanced load. Good luck!
UE stands for Unbalance Error. If the washer has tried to spin numerous times, tried to redistribute the load itself between each attempt, and still not been able to get the load up to full speed without experiencing an off balance condition, it will finally stop and display the UE code. This is most often the case when a heavy / bulky item(s) are being washed and the spin speed is set very high. When washing these items, set the spin speed to low. The machine will most likely be able to handle that. If you want them spun out faster, then AFTER the washer has made it through the cycle on low speed spin do this: Turn the power back on. Without selecting any cycle, just press the spin speed button, selecting the next higher spin speed. Now press start, and your washer will just do a 14 minute or so pump and spin.
For super wet heavy loads, if you cannot even get the washer to go through a cycle on the lowest spin speed, you may have to wring a bunch of the water out of the clothes by hand before doing the 14 minute cycle thing.
this is what i just found on the internet... With any washing machine, it is vital to ensure that the load is evenly balanced when using a spin cycle. Redistribute washing by adding or removing items to ensure a more balanced load. ... If the door remains locked and the machine is displaying UE error, please run a drain program.5 Jul 2016
You have a problem with the ball switch sensor in the back of the unit. I have seen this problem where the delivery people actually dented the back panel so badly that the ball sensor was jammed up against the tub and kept going into UE error code. Check to make sure that there is no large dents in the back of the unit. If everything looks normal, then you will need to call and qualified LG technician to service this problem.
