units that burn out have excessive current flowing through them. You had to replace the coil and the unit so I would check the voltage to the coil and the unit as it may need 7.5 volts input. This excessive voltage would result from a faulty resistor or shorted resistance wire to the coil or from the ECM.
Yep. Your fan motor just died. Has an automatic shutoff on it to the compressor so you don't burn your compressor up. Call atech to replace motor but get all info off the motor if you can. Cheaper if you buy the motor yourself and just have them install. Just remember, if it is not EXACTLY the same motor, it most likely will not work!
Can you hear anything coming from the mirror? Is only one working? If so, its possible that your mirror motor has died on you. If you're not hearing anything from both sides, I would check the fuse and voltage going to the fuse. If that's good then you could either check wiring from mirror motors to the module. I believe the controller is the general module located under the front passenger kick panel. Or you could also swap out the switch block for the mirror assembly as you could return that. Replacing the programming the GM will burn it to your vehicle.
sounds like you need to go through the carby and rekit it , make sure all the passages are clear and replace the welch plugs and check passages under them too and replace the purge prime valve assy that the primer bulb and flange connect to as you mentioned pick up and return lines are ok with no cracks or splits , make sure the tank breather is ok as well as the tank filter not blocked / restrictred thats about all i can think of
the vacuum motor might be overheated hence smoked and burned the winding, dissamble it it you can try to replace fuse with the same rating only. if there's no fuse then motor winding already burned.
It is quite a rare thing for the motor to have burned out. So first of all confirm the fault by removing the motor and checking the motor with a small DC voltage if the motor does not run then change the motor, it will not be difficult to get the type but if th e motor works then the possibility that your motor is not turning could be a altogether different problem. This could be the failure of the optical unit the laser when weak will not read and so will not allow the controller to drive the motor. So check this out. Good day
Check for a pair of screws at the outer edge of the brush housing area. On this unit I believe the unscrew form above. Then look for any others on the bottom plate below the the brush. Belts can break or burn thru. If your s has burned, clean the burned rubber from the motor shaft before replacing. Spin the brush roll, if it rolls smoothly remove it , place the belt over the motor shaft, then onto the brush and use the brush to pull into place.Check for hair and thread buildup at the end caps of the brush. The nylon caps pop off for cleaning.
Hi , you may use amphere meter to detect whats goin on to the compressor and component.
Clamp one compressor wire if register exceed the laber amphere of motor motor are stuck or burn/
If not register the clamp meter check the thermal control might burn or lost contact.
