Have you rewritten them with any new file
on the same recorder?
In fact, as I know, the deleted files on a
recorder are not actually deleted immediately after the deletion. They are
still stored on this recorder. But, they are also so vulnerable that they can
be easily rewritten by any file saved on the same recorder.
So, I hope you have not overwritten them
yet!
But, now, you should plunge it to your
computer and try a deleted file data
recovery freeware to retrieve all your deleted voice files back successfully:

Note: After the data recovery process, you'd better not save these
deleted files on the same recorder in case of data recovery failure.
Never forget to store at least two copies
of everything important on separate places or locations in case of similar data

Yes, those voice recordings can be recovered provided not overwritten(if you keep taken more records, then possible). The best way is to try some audio recovery software. Here are some for your option. Both programs can also recover videos and photos.

Note: Before your audios are recovered, do not attempt to save more files.

First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or audio with the recorder that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of voice memo file recovery.
Then connect your device to a PC, and have a try of Photo Recovery (also recover audio, voice memos, video files etc), a data recovery program which is good at recovering media files lost. If you are Mac OS X users, turn to Data Recovery for Mac.
Lastly, I hope you good luck. Again you should remember - the more you use your recorder, the less likely you may be able to recover the deleted files back! So STOP using the device ASAP. Regards
