You may have your camera set to store pictures in internal memory, if so change it back to auto storage. The memory card may need to be formatted. Easy shares are set up so they won't respond when plugged in to usb. When you turn the camera on and then run the easyshare program and lastly connect the usb cable, then the pictures and video will transfer to the computer.
You can also take the SD card out of the camera and put it in your computer and transfer pictures that way as well.
