I purchased a Humax Foxsat HDR yesterday. Everything worked fine for a few hours. Then, while I was trying to see how to play something I had recorded, the Remote Control stopped working. I have checked the batteries, turned all my media off for a few minutes and tried to reboot. All failed. The front panel still works. I have done the same today without success.
N.B. I am connected up to a Sony home cinema system.
Please help. This is so frustrating.
Make sure you have pressed the "PVR" button at the top. If you have accidentally pressed on on the others TV, DVD or AUDIO then they will light up when you press another button signifying that the remote is trying to send a signal to them rather than the PVR...which is where you want it to go.
