Opening and it being simple fix is highly unlikely as for spares it is around 10 years old and second hand prices on flea bay are low for a complete camera

I droped my camera when the lens was out know it does not turn on. the lens is loose. how do it fix it?

Take the camera to a qualified technician -- there's nothing that you can do to repair it, without detailed knowledge, and proper training.

Camera was droped now it does turn on and the lens

Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.

Lens error

This is probably THE most common failure among digital cameras. There's a halfway chance of fixing it yourself, described here: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html

I droped my camera on the grond and it wont turn on.it fell the side of the lens

Theres a very good chance you are going to have it repaired by a Camera Repair person. I would really need to know the brand and model.
If it is a canon then it will most def. need a new lens assembly. they have metal pins which guide the lens and when they are droped the pins break out of place.
If it is a Nikon or Sony or Casio alot of times I have been able to push the lens straight and it will re-align itself and work perfect again. But that said I wouldnt be too forceful unless the camera is not worth fixing. In that case you really arnt risking anything other than the possibility of fixing it.
