My son put a DS game into the disc tray now I can't get it out

You can do it yourself by opening the xbox 360 case and the dvd rom with a proper tools.. tighten with a screw (counter clock) right there!! (see the picture)

You may try a cleaning kit to clean the laser but it has likely been scratched and will need replaced.

1, the disc may be dirty
2. the mian reason for this your xbox drive cannot read the disc , because the power of the lens is gone(not completely) ,

solution:

1. keep your disc inside the drive and switch off the console, again swith on try this 2 to 3 time
2. keep the console in vertical position or little slanding position(180 dg) make sure it does not fall

3. its better to buy hatddisc and load the game inside it , so that u lens life increased

4. change the entire drive

First of all, I don't think you can put a DS lite game on the Wii, but if you could, then you should try considering getting Wii Internet and see if that will help. For the Wii discs, you could clean the disc and try it then, if it doesn't work, there is a product called Wii Lens Cleaner (something like that) and it cleans your disc reader. It helped me and it only costed $10. This can be purchased at any game store or at Walmart. Hope that helps.

try putting the game disc into your game console and close the lid with your hand without pressing the close lid button. hold the disc tray with your hand and turn off the game console. Turn on the game console. If problem still persists try cleaning the xbox with a blower or a vaccum. Pm me if problem still continues. Thank you .

if the ring is on the outside edge of the Game disc, the console was moved during operation. the disc tips and hits the disc tray on the outside edge, you should see a scuff on the tray as well.

you can buy a disc cleaner that can remove the scuff from the disc, you will need the type that actually removes a layer from the disc or you can take it to a video store and have them clean or resurface the disc.
