Was there a disk that came with your mouse? If so, just reinstall it if necessary.

There is a connect button on the transmitter, push and hold this in for about 5 seconds then if your mouse is equipt with a grey reset button on the bottom push and hold that also for 5 seconds. This should solve your problem. P.S. to push the reset on the mouse you'll need a ballpoint pen.Thank you, Dana

How do I setup a wireless mouse on a desktop

To setup a wireless mouse regardless of its type, do the following:

1. Insert the USB transmitter (this could look like a mini plug or a stick) and wait for windows to complete installation.
2. Once this is successful, turn on the mouse by holding down the power button. Or insert the disc that came with the mouse and run the installer. The installer will install the device drivers and setup your mouse's configuration panel which will reside in your system tray.

Make sure that the mouse has batteries and that it is switched on for it to work. It will glow red when it is switched on.

After a Low Battery Message, but with battery still functioning, I replaced the battery, clicked reset and had a dead mouse on my hands. I replaced new battery with the old battery to test -- still dead....

Hi,

You need to re-connect the mouse to wireless network.
Follow the steps given below.

Step 1

Press and hold the Connect Button ( At the bottom of the mouse ) and the connect button on the receiver together and release both the buttons together.

This will help you connect the printer again to PC.

If this does not work, try this next step.

Step 2
You will have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your mouse

Click on Start
Click on Settings or Control Panel
Open Add or Remove Programs OR Programs and Features
Look for Logitech Wireless Mouse in the list
Use the arrow key on keyboard till you select the Logitech Wireless and choose Uninstall

Hope this should fix the issue.

After you uninstall - reinstall the program, and restart your computer. This should allow you to use your cordless mouse again.

The battery is dead

what happens if you put the mouse on the charger and leave it there for 2-4 hours?

Does it recharge?

I supose you could replace the recharable battery yourself by opening the mouse and so on, but finding the right type of a battery for it might not be as easy as that. Id recommend takeing it to warranty repairs if it still has such.

Other options would be to buy a new mouse.
