The blue light goes on to indicate that the set is on however the blue screen never comes up. Tried unplugging the set in hope of resetting to no avail.
We have the same problem. Just starting occuring a couple of weeks ago. We find that if we un-plug (sometimes it takes 6 times), the TV will eventually restart.We have the same problem. tried to connect again the supply for main board and disconnect the supply for the inverter board of back light. and turn on the tv, if the indicator stay the inventer board was the cause of voltage drop at the power supply board.
Make sure that any devices previously paired with the headset are turned off. If the indicator light is flashing in blue, turn off the other device, then close and reopen the headset boom. The indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple indicating the headset is now in pairing mode.
Try to press the power boton in the same time you plug the charger, after this action mine is working and charging perfectly, maybe this is the "reset" solution... Hope this helps you.
turn the monitor off and the computer off. unplug it from the wall. let set for 10 sec. make sure you have it in the right place and in all the way. turn computer back on, then the monitor.
I just got a 42" komodo by Sceptre, same problem, except "SCEPTRE" showed on the screen. I was sent a USB key program to insert in the service slot in the back and it reflashes the bios. This is old news for you but maybe new for someone?
