I have a techwood 400 Watt home theater model number plr85 says protected. How do you get it off

Hello Christine, so you mention your Techwood
would have possible problem in the amplification stage
I suggest you disconnect all the speakers and check if it continues to protect, if not, see reconnecting the speakers one by one and testing, control the speaker cables are in good condition
If you repeat the Proteccion fault, I suggest you look for a specialized technical service
I hope you can solve the problem
Greetings Franco Dosil

My (Techwood 400 Watt Home Theater Receiver PLR85) won't turn on

I have had the same problem.

You have a faulty cooling fan.

The system senses the fan isn't working, and knows that without it, it will over-heat. So it goes into a "self-protect" mode - hence the green light.

You need to replace whatever part of your fan has gone bad.
