Try this, take both lens out. All you have to do is just unscrew the lens. Use a very good optic lens clean with anti-static charging elements in the clearner. Only remove lens in a room semi free of dust, mites--little monster that live in the carpet, flaky skin, pet hair, etc. If it is dust inside of the NV devise, use a computer air spray to clean the inside. Assembly in reverse order. stewbison
Do you plant a vegetable garden but can't stand useing dangerous insecticides to keep your veggies free from all those little critters that love to snack on the leaves and the veggies. Try these 2 safe and effective methods.
1. In a spray bottle mix 1 cup of hot sauce with 3 cups water and shake untill combined. Spray plants with a heavy coating and repeat periodically.
2. If you use a fireplace during the winter save a few coffee cans of fireplace ash. During the growing season periodically sprinkle the ash on the plants to keep most beetles away. The ash gets on the beetles shell and they try to scratch it off removing the protective waxy film on the shell. This film keeps them from drying out in the sun.
Sometimes a dirty optical lens is the cause of the problem.. You can try cleaning the optical lens by using a commercially available CD OPTICAL LENS CLEANER. If the unit is under warranty just return the unit from the store or in the authorized service center. If not, follow this simple steps try if this solution may fix the problem before you call a local repairman.. (1) unplug the unit from the wall socket. (2) unscrew to remove the protected cover. (3) A drop of water on the cotton buds. Do not use benzene, thinner or other volatile chemicals. Also do not use record spray or antistatic agent. wipe off the dirt on the optical lens. Once finished, just return the cover from it original position. And then plug the unit and try if the problem is solve.... Ty
Hello sir/madam, I had the same trouble with a pioneer dvd, the disk keeps on ejecting all the time. the problem usually is caused by poor design on their deck mechanism. dirt and dust enters your lens mechanism and accumulates as time goes on. you may improve it by dismanteling it and you need to reach the lens mechanism. spray it with contact cleaners the joints which hold the lens, dont spray the on the lens. then reassemble it test. if you have any more questions feel free to ask. thanks
Hi Darren.. Both those codes are poorly readable disc and load errors. The CD drive needs to be opened up and the lens and rails that the laser assembly rides on needs to be cleaned and lubed with a silicone grease. If there's a belt that works the drawer replace that too. They're cheap
You can buy a contact cleaner spray and spray inside the fader while moving the fader from -10 to +10. If the problem is dust or dirt this will fix it.
If the problem presists, then go ahead and get a fader replacement. It's easy to replace ;-)
