Question about Samsung DVD-HD841 DVD Player
The batteries are good. Tray will not open with remote or on the player.
Can you hear the drive straining when you press open on the front of the player? If you can then it's jammed and you need a service engineer to open it and rectify the mechanism fault. It's most likely just the lubricant has dried up and gummed up the works. It's common problem easily fixed. If you don't hear anything when you press the button then it's a more serious fault and it's most likely less expensive to just buy a new one than have it repaired.
Spare head 2.
