Hello jreinhard623,

Check the speakers and wiring by substituting a known good speaker and check the amp inputs and RCA cables. Also make sure that the input gain and other controls are set properly. If there's still no sound, the amp itself is probably defective.

What type of power supply do I need for a Mrc sympony 77 sound system?

he MRC Symphony 77 sound system typically requires a DC power supply to operate. The exact voltage and amperage requirements will depend on the specific model of the sound system. The power supply should have a DC output voltage rating that matches the voltage rating of the sound system, and an amperage rating that is equal to or greater than the sound system's requirements.
It is recommended to check the manual or the specifications of your sound system to determine the specific voltage and amperage requirements for the power supply.
It's also important to check if the power supply is designed for use with trains, as some power supply might not be suitable for this purpose and could damage the system or even cause a safety hazard.
It is recommended to use the power supply that is specifically designed for the MRC Symphony 77 sound system, or to consult the manufacturer for recommendations on compatible power supplies.

Luxor 40 LCD TV no sound

First, check the volume and mute settings, especially if there is another person in the house who may have changed them, and check another channel or input to ensure the signal source is not the problem. Next, verify that the sound is set to use the internal speakers, or that the external sound system is set to the input from the TV (some TVs with external sound output connections can be set to disable the internal speakers so they don't interfere with the external sound).

If you have no sound on any input, muting is off, and the volume indicator acts correctly, then the audio circuit on the main board is defective, or the audio power supply needs to be repaired. If your TV has a sound output connection that you have not connected, try connecting it to an external sound system and setting the TV sound to go to the external sound system. If it works, then you have narrowed the problem to the sound power amp in the TV, or to a bad power supply (some TV models have a power output specifically for the audio amplifier, although that is not common).

Most of the time, power supply failures in LCD TVs are the result of burned-out electrolytic capacitors. These are usually identifiable by the domed-up top of the capacitor, as pictured here. Note the flat tops on the good capacitors nearby. If you see these on the power supply board (the cable from the power board connector goes to the power supply), have them replaced with Panasonic FR-series capacitors; these usually have the best combination of price, power handling capacity and longevity.

I have a crown power amp XTi 2000 that will power up and then i hear a clicking sound and it powers down. could it be the switch. it sounds like the sound is coming from that direction

Look on the heat sink for a temperature sensor that operates the overload relay. . Make sure the heat sink isn't overheating. If it is then the output transistors are shorted.

Klipsch soundbar (SB1) won't power on ... green light on power adaptor seems to trip and go off when I power on the SB

I have read that this may be due to the order in how the AC adapter is attached to the sound bar. After some research I found that you need to unplug the AC adapter from the wall and the sound bar and let it sit for about 15min. Then flip the power switch "ON" on the sound bar and connect the AC adapter to the rear of the sound bar. Lastly, plug the adapter into the power outlet.

When using Firewire bus to power the sound card my

It's likely that the FireWire bus isn't meeting the power needs of your card. Just use the external supply since there isn't too much you can do.

Recently when powered up, sometimes the sound

Let verify first to narrow down to where the problem can be. First, attach the powered PC speakers to the Audio Line out RCA jacks to see if you can get the sound there, if you do, then the problem can be in the power amp circuits, if you do not get the sound at RCA jacks, then the problem can be in the sound processor circuit. Please post back what you find.
