Certain web pages require a Postscript driver, not a PCL driver. HP printers usually can do both. You can check this by going into properties for the printer (right-click), go under advanced, and check the driver file. Go to the HP website and make sure that if it gives a choice, that you got the right one. Also make sure you are not using a 64-bit driver on a 32-bit system. This can give you limited or no functionality. Their are also some pages that just don't print from the Internet, that is why the pages often have print friendly links. Make sure this is not the case by printing something you know should print, like a Word document or a picture.
