Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Are you uninstalling with Control Panel/Remove Programs? And it still will not let you remove it? Make sure that you are not showing the program as "in use", you can check with Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and stop it if it is running. This will only save room on your Hard Drive, perhaps programs you are using are complaining about System Memory.
Ways to upgrade your memory vary from computer to computer, and laptops seldom take more than 2GB while Desktop computers can often take as much as 16GB of RAM. I hope all this was of value to you in the solution of your problem.
