What's the matter? You ask for the manual, I give the link to it. All you have to do is click the word manual (it should be in color on your browser) and it takes you to the TI website. Then you click one of the references, quick guide or the other and download it to you computer. If you do not understand English, you can download the manual in one of the European Languages: The links are on the right. Surely you do not expect me to read it to you?

I bought it at a rummage sale and what a manual for it where can i get one? And is different from the TI 30X 11?

You can download the TI-30Xa guidebook from the manufacturer's web site at
http://education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Guidebooks/Detail?id=6132

The TI-30Xa replaced the TI-30X within a year. The only enhancement was the added Constant key.

The TI-30XII, introduced about five years later, is a significantly different calculator, incorporating, among other things, a two-line display.

For calculator TI-30X II S My solutions only come out in the tenth's place if its a decimal. for example: 0.123 will only show as 0.1

Press 2nd [FIX] to bring up the display menu. You can select the number of digits after the decimal point, or "F" to select the floating decimal display.

TI 30X II S operation

This is a not a calculator problem, it's a physics problem. You need the formula: E = hf, where f is the frequency and h is "Planck's constant" (6.626068 x 10^-34 m^2kg/sec).

On your calculator, punch in 3.0 [EE] 12 [x] 6.63 [EE] -34 to get the answer.
