try to solve this problem using software named Disk Manager

temporary operate your laptop without the cmos battery. if you cant locate the cmos battery ask a person who knows.

maybe you just need to clean around power button

Hi this Tony my lap top toshiba M45-s265 is making crazy things,when I prees shift key ,everthing changes .the letter go to caps lock size and the numbers changes to works only the symbols, and when this happens also ,if you go to select any folder in my documents on windows you chooice one folder ,with mouse and set all the folders ,what could be happens

Does it do that in safe mode too?

Try removing (uninstalling) the driver in the Device Manager. Then download the chipset drivers and run the install. It should identify the correct driver automatically.
