You can reset your router to factory defualts.
For that press RESET button for 10 seconds .
Reset button is in back panel of router.
Press it for 10 seconds.
Then connect router to computer with ethernet cable.
Then you can access it with following link.

type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or blank or "password"

You will need to release your current IP address and gateway in order to get a new one. If this turns out not to be the problem with your computer, this proceedure will not hurt anything by attempting it. If not fix unplug your moden and router for at lease a minute plug in your modem first, wait toll all lights are solid (usually like a minute) then olug in your router. Keep in mind that if you dont wait for the modem to finish (light solid) and plug in the router your modem woun't recognize your routed and you will have the same problem again.
