If it aint got power, and it happened due to no ink being supplyied to head, it cause the head to overheat, ink flowing pass element stops it overheating normally, sometimes it just blows a fuse label F1 on main board, it will mean pulling it fully apart, finding f1 (cenrte main board, normally a fuse soldered directly to main board, smaller than one normally sees about this big "==" with F1 stamped on it). Normally one changes board but if you can get two you can make one work...I have seen some with removable type but most are soldered on, or you can be real dodgy and short it but may leak smoke and go bang, expesally if you aint fixed the cause of no ink being pumped...never work on these with power attached....
All printers have a maintenance program to them on the printer. Try cleaning the head on the printers thorgh the program, if that doesn't do it it is the print head.
Uninstall remove prog, after removal go to computer/programs/ and look for icon/file epson right click, remove.
Restart poota, then reinstall prog.
