sometimes it is just the brand of disc. I have had burners and players that just don't work with certain brands. Also make sure you are burning at a lower speed like 4x
This seems to be a common problem with optoma DV10 series. I'm assuming that is why they discontinued that model. We hooked up a playstation or dvd player and use that instead.
which lights? could be the lamp has expired, the colorwheel stopped spinning, the ballast/power supply had burned out, or the fans have stopped. if it's the lamp light, replace the lamp.
Just want to let you know that after i perchased my dv10 from USA it was locked to region 1 and will not play dvds from UK.
I succesfully unlocked it with a hack but again it stopped playing dvds from the UK after 2 years and soon i play dvd it will say"no disc".
I wrote the hack differently and succesfully unlocked it again.
no problems since then.it plays all regions.
If this unit has a built in DVD player, then the player's lens may need cleaning. There are lens cleaning discs available for this. If the unit does not have a built in player, then the same applies to your player & there is no problem with the projector itself.
