Right click on the yellow !, uninstall it, and then scan for hardware changes. This may fix your no sound problem.

I can't remember if reason 3 settings are setup like version 4 and 5, but you should find the audio settings under the edit / Preferences menu. In the page drop down box press Audio. Now in the Audio Card driver, select DX Primary Sound Driver. This will use the same driver that windows does. If you see one that says ASIO use that as it is lowest latency. If that doesn't work you may need a better sound card. Reason 3 does not support a lot of generic sound cards. You might also try downloading the latest driver for your sound card, I could help you locate a driver if you give me the model of your PC and / the model of your sound card. Chris
