Ws65809 projection tv

When you replaced the chip/s how did you gain access? Remove the center board from set or turn chassis up so bottom of boards faced the rear of set?

You will need to press the menu button and the input buttons on the TV both in together for five secoinds then count the two digit blink code from the power indicator. the blink sequence will repeat several times. let me know the sequence of the blinks.

23 is horizontal deflection failure. The problem may be the high voltage power supply or bad connection(s) in the yoke circuit.

Where did you get your parts? I would go back to their site and ask for help....unless of course it was off of Ebay :(

Do you have the tools required to solder electronics? Do you know how to solder electronics? Have you been trained in CRT safty ? Do you know about High Voltage safty? Is the tv Model number WS-65809? Do you know how to perform static geometry adjustement on a WS65809 if needed? Do you know how to perform static convergence alignment on a WS-65809? Do you know how to perform fine convergence adjustement to a WS-65809?

AND
You can retreive an error code of 23 or 24 right after the tv shuts
itself off .
THEN
There is a 95% chance that I could tell you what to solder , no parts need to be replaced in your television and you would not have to pay someone to repair it.

X-Ray Protect circuit error code 21, make sure your counting it right because code 12 is no error

I assume that IHVT was arcing from the side, and the audio is from the TV and not stereo? Or was it the high voltage splitter? Was it plug in or soldered IN? It sounds like you may have bridged a solder joint, unplugged something by accident or something else? Double check your work first of all. Do you still get high voltage? You may poor part. i would recomend you to send it to some repairman, but still i can tell you it must be a transistor..and its better for him to fix it
