I have a maytag plus fridge model # MTB1956BEW Serial# 11035999UK that was in the house when we moved in 2 months ago. At first there seemed to be no problems but now we have had bags of milk spoil 3 times. We have turned the temp up continually and now it is all the way up with the same results. The freezer is a little over half way and seems to be fine. Is there a solution.

This may be normal. However, check and clean the coils on the outside the refrigerator (on the back, or underneath). Vacuum or brush all dust and debris off. Some refrigerators have the coils in the walls, and cannot be cleaned. Be certain there is air space around the refrigerator so that air moves freely over the coils. Next, check to be certain the door seals all the way around. If it is a frost free type, make certain the coils inside do not have ice accumulating on them and that the fan is working (both inside and outside fans). These, when working properly automatically defrost. If it is not frost free, be certain to defrost it making certain there is not excess ice accumulation on the interior coils... ice is an insulator, believe it or not. Be certain the thermostat is not defective, nor the defrost timer. If it is defrosting too frequently, it will have to run more to keep up. Is the refrigerator near a heat source? I hope this leads you to a solution to your problem.

Kenmore 10656926600 cycles on for 11-12 minutes then off 14-15 minutes constantly. Fridge and freezer temps are good.

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like your Kenmore refrigerator is operating normally.
Most modern refrigerators are designed to cycle on and off in order to maintain the temperature inside the fridge and freezer compartments. During the "on" cycle, the compressor runs and cools the refrigerant, which in turn cools the air inside the fridge and freezer. During the "off" cycle, the compressor stops running and the refrigerant flows back to the compressor to prepare for the next cycle.
The length of the on and off cycles can vary depending on factors such as the ambient temperature in the room, the amount of food inside the fridge, and how often the doors are opened. However, it's normal for a refrigerator to cycle on for around 10-15 minutes and then off for around 20-30 minutes.
If the temperature inside the fridge and freezer compartments is staying at the correct levels, then there is likely no cause for concern. However, if you notice any unusual sounds, odors, or fluctuations in temperature, it may be worth having a professional technician inspect the refrigerator to ensure it's functioning properly.

Fridge Freezer temperatures fluctuating too much (I guess)...

The defrost timer normally only cuts in once every 24 hours. It sounds like your thermostat or temperature sensor is defective. The set back temperature should be about 2'C less than the set temperature.

Why does the new fan in my Beko AP930 not come on. It worked for 30 minutes when I first installed it.

Three possibilities: 1) new fan motor failed or is jammed by something
2) power is not getting to the new fan. 3) The fan run circuitry is not getting the 'run' signal from the temperature sensing system.

Fridge stop working.

Unplug this unit for 30 minutes to get the board to reset. If it does the same thing, the most commproblem and not expensive to try is to replace the refrigerator thermistor. Thermistor Kit for Maytag MBF1956HES Part Number: AP4009169

AC runs for 5 minutes and then circuit breaker

What else do you have running on hydro while AC is running? Such as coffee maker, microwave, water heater, fridge. That 30 amp breaker is your main breaker I assume, or breaker on pole your plugged in to. Keep in mind your AC will normally draw approx. 15-17+ amps momentarily when compressor kicks in to cool, then drop back to 12-15 amps when running normal. If your AC is drawing too much current, then you would only normally trip 20 amp breaker for AC in your panel. Try switching other appliances to gas operation while running AC, such as water heater, and fridge. Make sure incoming voltage is up to specs as well . (115-120 volts)
If water heater takes 5-8 amps, and fridge takes same when they are calling for power, you'll be close or over the 20amp mark when you consider your on board converter etc. as well. That only leaves approx 10 amps for AC that requires approx 15 amps to run, and up to 20amps when compressor kicks in. If you switch all those other items over to propane, and it still happens, then a current draw test should be done on AC unit to see if perhaps a capacitor is faulty, or possible compressor faulty.

Freezer not cold enough

first try to change the adjustment settings for the fridge.
If this does not help, your freezer may be froze up and require defrosting.
To defrost it, unplug the fridge, empty out the fridge and set a fan up to blow air into the fridge for 30 minutes. be prepared for water to drip out the lower levels.
clean up drips and turn it back on again and test it.
good luck with your repair.

Water only runs with humidistat in test/reset mode. Aprilaire 600 with an Aprilaire 56 Automatic Humidistat, both about 5 years old. Water line is clear, and test mode runs fine for the 1 minute interval....

you need to make sure your humidity level in the house isnt higher then what your humidifier will provide at any givin outdoor temp. this chart is in the owners manual. you cant remove the wires going to the ODS or it will give an error unless you have a resistor to put in its place. Anyway if the humidifier works in test mode according to AA it works so you may have higher humidity than you think, the highest your gonna get is 45% as the temp outside drops it will allow less humidity so it doesnt cause window condinsation (property damage) here is a copy of the chart. the #s on the left are the dial setting
