This is caused by a clogged drain tube or the door is not closing correctly. Be sure the seal around the fridge door is closing correctly. If not, the drain tube needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Where is the draining hole in a ge profile model tbx25pa refrigerator with top freezer

Underneath the cooling coil (evaporator) located in the freezer, there is a drain pan with a heater to warm it during the defrost cycle. The drain opening is probably blocked by ice or debris.

Water accumulates under vegetable bin (bottom of refrigerator) every couple of days

If this is an older style top mount refrigerator than most likely the drain is clogged causing the water to leak into the fridge during the defrost process. What's the model number?

MY MAYTAG REFRIGERATOR MODEL #MBF2254HEQ IS FORMING ICE UNDER ONE OF THE VEGETABLE BINS. THERE IS AN ACCUMULATION OF WATER THERE AND THEN IT TURNS TO ICE. WE HAVE TRIED LOWERING THE TEMP BUT THAT DOESN'T...

Make sure that the compressor is cutting off at the set temperature and is not cooling beyond.
If Ok then the second part is the leak, check if the condensation is happening into the vegetable section, isit due to constant use, the door is open . now make sure that the tray is cleaned and put on once again to check the water collection.
Look for leaks , if so plug them but it can be condensation, set the fridge temperature lower and make sure the freezer frost is not coming over.

Water accumulation underneath the bottom vetable

Two solutions
1 If a frost free fridge/freezer - ice build up in internal cooler - defrost totally until no more water
2 if ordinary fridge/freezer look inside at the back, you should see a very shallow 'V' shaped plastic channel running to a small drain hole which leads to the rear outside of the unit. This channel collects the water drips from the cooler
Clear this hole with a pipe cleaner or cocktail stick or similar

Water accumulates under vegetable bins and spills out the front

the water is coming from the freezer when is defrosts. the drain line is in the back wall of the freezer and may be clogged up with ice. clean out the freezer and pour some hot water in the very back of the freezer, this will hopefully unclog the drain. if not, then you have to take the back wall out of the freezer to get directly to the drain line. there should just be a couple screws holding it; it is just an aluminum or plastic panel.
