You problem is related to DirectX plug-ins, if it's not installed on your computer do it so (click here to open the download page). Open the link, download the directx, install it and then install the Maya again.
If the problem persists, browse your Maya Cd/Dvd and locate the directX folder, and install it after uninstalling the one which you downloaded. The best bet is to install the DirectX which comes with the respective Applications.
download missing file from internet. type the name in Google. In the first search u can find that file to download. After that put that file into- C:/windows/System32
