Question about Haier HVZ040ABH5S Stainless Steel Wine Cooler
Dual zone Haier wine cooler. The light stays on signaling a problem. It was flashing LL for the lower compartment. Now that has stopped but the temp remains at 32 or 33 even though it is set to 55. There was some ice build up inside the fridge that I have cleaned out. Could it be something with the coil or is the thermostat bad?
The first step is shutting it off for 24 hours with the door open to make sure there is not any ice on the evaporator. next, make sure the door seal is sealing properly. if neither of those are the culprit, you may need a new thermostat.

Testimonial: "Thanks. I am thinking more and more that it is the thermostat because it keeps going up and down only for the lower zone. Upper zone is okay."

Koldfront makes a great dual zone cooler. I found you one that holds 18 bottles with
space for 6 bottles of white wine and 12 bottles of red.
