Question about Samsung SGH-d407 Cellular Phone
My Samsung SGH-D497 is not booting up completely. When I turn it on the phone name and model number display comes on the screen and stays there. It will stay on like that for about 12 seconds, then goes off for a second, and comes back on. This patttern continues until I remove the battery. It does not ever go the the regular display screen. If I leave it going like this, the battery gets pretty warm.
The phone does not respond to any keys. I tried taking the battery out and leaving it out all night. I also tried charging. I took it to one store and they put a new battery in. That did not change anything.
Can anything be done to restore it to work properly?
You either have a small lesion in your power reciever or have a particle stuck in your phone. try using a air duster to clean it if it doesnt work the take it in but it will be cheaper to get a new one
